One or two days | stay with overnight accommodation
A winter company trip offers a full meeting format for teams that want to combine year-end review, team integration, and time to relax. Instead of just a few hours around a shared table, participants get time for calm conversations, workshops, relaxation in the SPA and the Wellness Zone, as well as a formal holiday dinner.
This is a great solution for companies whose employees travel in from different cities, remote-working teams, and organizations that want to end the year in an intimate setting by the lake.
We tailor the trip program individually. It can focus on integration and regeneration, or combine the holiday part with a board meeting, training, a strategy workshop, or a review of results.
Sample trip program
Day one
Arrival at Amax Boutique Hotel and check-in for participants. After a welcome coffee break, there may be a year-end review meeting, a team workshop, or a presentation of plans for the coming months.
After the business part, it’s time to relax. Participants can use the Wellness Zone, the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, or previously reserved treatments at the SPA Institute.
In the evening, we invite you to a formal holiday dinner at the Restaurant in the Bay. You can combine dinner with speeches, award presentations, music, and an informal integration segment.
Day two
After breakfast, participants can make use of free time, the Wellness Zone, or additional team activity. The program can end with a short meeting, a shared lunch, or a calm late morning by the lake.
The trip may include:
- accommodation in rooms, apartments, or Mazurian houses;
- breakfast;
- formal holiday dinner;
- space for a meeting, workshop, or year-end review;
- coffee breaks and additional meals;
- access to the Wellness Zone;
- SPA treatments booked individually;
- care of the event coordinator;
- preparation of the space for the integration part.
We can expand the program with a second overnight stay, live cooking, live music, a DJ, a winter bonfire — if weather conditions allow — gifts in the rooms, a photographer, or renting the hotel exclusively.
Who is it for?
For teams coming from outside the region, companies operating in multiple locations, and organizations that want to combine a holiday meeting with integration, regeneration, and a calm year-end review.
